These terms govern your use of our platform, including the website, the Coachvox AI application and the AI models (the “Models”) created using our services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use 247PLC.co.uk.

• “Company,” “we,” or “us” refers to 247PLC, the provider of the Services described in this agreement.
• “You” refers to any user of our Website, App, or Services.
• “Model” refers to any AI model created using our Services.
• “Website” refers to our website at www.247plc.co.uk and any associated subdomains.
• “Services” refers to any service or feature provided by Coachvox Limited through the 247PLC platform, including but not limited to the website, app, and AI model creation tools.
• “App” refers to any web or mobile application provided by Coachvox Limited used to create the 247PLC.co.uk experience.
• “Generations” refers to any text, images, audio, or video generated by an AI Model using our Services.

For the purposes of these terms, “you” and “your” refer to you as the user of the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, “you” also includes that entity. By using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind the entity to these terms and that you agree to these terms on behalf of the entity.

Use of the Services

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current information about yourself. Our privacy policy governs your account data. If you are under 18 years old, you are not permitted to use the Services or create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to (a) immediately notify 247PLC of any suspected unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you sign out of your account at the end of each session. 247PLC is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these obligations.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) without notice. You agree that 247PLC shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

You agree that 247PLC has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any data or other content maintained or uploaded to the Services. 247PLC reserves the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for six months or longer.

Conditions of Use

You agree not to use the Website or Services to:

1. Upload or transmit any content that:
   (i) infringes the intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party;
   (ii) you do not have the right to upload under any contractual or legal obligations;
   (iii) contains software viruses or other harmful computer code;

   (vi) is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, excessively violent, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
   (vii) restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Website or Services or exposes 247PLC or its users to any harm or liability of any type.

2. Interfere with or disrupt the Website or Services, servers, or networks connected to them, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Services.

3. Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

4. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

5. Solicit personal information from anyone under 18.

6. Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users for unsolicited communications.

7. Advertise or offer to sell or buy goods or services for any business purpose not authorised by 247PLC.

8. Further or promote any criminal activity, or provide information about illegal activities.

9. Attempt to access any materials or information not intentionally made available through the Services.

10. Lease, lend, sell, or sublicense any part of the Services.

11. Attempt to circumvent any technological measure designed to protect the Services or their associated technology.

12. Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, adapt, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to any source code of the Services, unless permitted by an open-source licence governing a portion of the code.

13. Use the Services to create malicious or abusive content or any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

User Guidelines and Responsibilities for AI Interactions

Nature of AI Models
The AI Models are based on and trained by real individuals, but they are not human beings. The outputs (“Generations”) must not be regarded or relied upon as professional advice or guidance.

Limitations and “Hallucinations”
Our Services utilise large language models (“LLMs”) such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT. These models have limitations in their “knowledge” and may produce “hallucinations”—false or misleading information. All information generated is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

User Responsibility and Risks
You are responsible for your interactions with the Models and the use of the Services. You use them at your own risk. For serious matters requiring expert advice, consult qualified professionals.

Privacy and Data Handling
Your conversations may be accessible to 247PLC or authorised moderators for analysis, improvement, or follow-up. Conversations may be reviewed in entirety or in summary form. Do not disclose sensitive or confidential information.

Disclaimer of Liability
247PLC accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from interactions with the Models or the use of the Services, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Terms of Interacting with Our Virtual Coach

These terms apply specifically when engaging with our virtual coach, powered by AI:

• Intended Use and Limitations: The virtual coach is a machine-generated tool and not a human. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
• Not a Real Person: The virtual coach does not have emotions, qualifications, or human understanding of context.
• Use at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge that you rely on the information provided by the virtual coach at your own discretion and risk.
• Potential for Errors: The virtual coach may produce incorrect or nonsensical information (“hallucinations”). We have no control over such outputs.
• Abuse and Misuse: Attempting to produce hateful, illegal, or offensive content through the AI is strictly prohibited.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

The use of generative AI raises complex legal issues around IP ownership and copyright. The output generated by AI (“Generations”) may be subject to various legal interpretations. Our goal is to make our terms fair and clear to Creators.

All content or features on the Website or through the Services (“Site Content”) may be protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights. You agree not to engage in data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering methods. Any use of the Site Content not expressly authorised is strictly prohibited. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by 247PLC.

Release and Indemnity

You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 247PLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and court costs) arising from your use of the Services, your user content, your breach of these Terms, or any infringement by you or anyone using your account of any intellectual property or other right.

Limitation of Liability

247PLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary damages, or damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. 247PLC’s total liability shall not exceed one hundred pounds sterling (£100). If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Services or these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please:

1. Log in to your Membership Account
2. Click ‘Cancel’ in the Memberships section
3. Confirm cancellation by clicking the Cancellation button

Your account will be closed on the monthly anniversary date and you will receive email confirmation.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and resolved by arbitration under the LCIA Rules, with one arbitrator in London, England, and proceedings conducted in English. The arbitration and any related information shall be strictly confidential.

General

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 247PLC regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Severance: If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• No Waiver: No delay or omission by 247PLC to exercise any right shall be construed as a waiver of such right.
• Expiration of Claims: Any claims must be brought within one year of the date they arose or be forever barred.
• Changes to These Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective no earlier than fourteen (14) days after posting, except for those addressing new functions or legal requirements, which are effective immediately.
